you pay .. all prices in our Ebay shop include VAT and Shipping. Of course, we

We only supply customers to UK mainland only , due to surcharges imposed to us
our delivery carriers for some Highlands & Islands locations. If you live
outside UK mainland , feel free to call us 0871 200 3033 prior to purchasing
goods and we can confirm cost of shipping.
PVR Direct ship most goods within 24hrs of cleared payment except orders
received on Friday PM, Weekends and Bank Holidays where orders are still
received in these times but will only be processed upon return.
All customers should expect to receive their orders within 3-4 days barring
weekends and Bank Holidays
All Orders depending on weight are dispatched on one of the following services ;
0-2kg Royal Mail Service (48hr)
2.1kg-30kg Courier Delivery (48hr)
In the unlikely event that goods are unavailable, we will email you advising you
of such issues.
If goods have not been received after 3-4 days, please email us and we will be
able to track your delivery and advise you of our remedial action.
