Riedel Tyrol Decanter

This Riedel Tyrol decanter, launched in Spring 2007, features a unique design with a generous capacity, allowing a large surface area for the wine's exposure to oxygen. This is not your traditional standup decanter, but a distinguished, rather horizontal design that seems to lay on its side, and offers a large pour spout. It is made of lead crystal, allowing it brilliance and clarity while showing off its contents, and is amazingly lightweight. The name Tyrol commemorates the Riedel Family's new beginning 50 years ago in Austria in the federal state of Tyrol.

We make every effort to ship your item as quickly and as accurately as possible. As a result, orders are processed immediately upon receipt from a variety of warehouses across the US. For that reason, once an order is placed, modification of the order cannot be ensured. Therefore, please make sure your name, shipping address, quantities, etc. are correct at the time of purchase.

Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

Our goal is for your orders to arrive in tact and on time. Therefore, customer orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS, Lasership, Ontrac, etc. We work with a network of shipping companies in order to acquire the fastest and most economical means of delivery.

Return Policy

The happiness with your purchase is important to us! If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you are able to return the item. At this time, exchanges are not offered for your order. In order to ensure the ease and efficiency of your return, please keep in mind the following guidelines for our Return Policy:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of order.
• The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was received incorrectly or is defective.
  • Orders that are received in defective or damaged condition must be reported within 30 days of purchase.
• All items must have a valid Return Merchant Authorization Number (RMA #) PRIOR to sending the item back to us.
  • Please send customer service an email with your order information and the address from which your item is being returned, so that your RMA # may be approved and generated.
• Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition with retail box and paperwork (if applicable).
  • ***Items which are not in new, unused, and resalable condition may not be returned!***
• Refunds are given in the original method of purchase.
• Restocking fees of up to 25% of the cost of your order may apply.
  • The restocking fee addresses the cost of processing an item back into our inventory, as well as the initial cost of shipping the order.
