All payments must be recived within 5 days of purchase date. If this is a problem you must email us before hand to confirm payment at a later date.

We accept PayPal which is our preffered payment method, however other methods are available.

For all purchases of bikes and large/heavy items (i.e. work stands, 4 x tyres etc ) a contact telephone number must either be left in the notes section of the checkout, or emailed to us.

We deliver to the address on your PayPal account so please ensure this is correct at time of purchase. If your require delivery to an alternative address please email us before you purchase the item.

All items are sent out via Royal Mail 1st class, 2nd class or via a signed courier. Postage usually takes 1-3 days.

International postage is sent out via Royal Mail AirMail. Postage costs are clearly marked within the item listing.

All items are sent within at least 2 working days of purchase date. Orders purchased before 2.30pm can be dispatched the same day.

You must leave a contact number at checkout for all purchases of bikes.

Please note the prices you find online are not available in our shops and vice versa.

Bikes are sent out BRAND NEW + boxed, unless otherwise stated We recommend getting your new bike serviced by a professio.nal

In the unlikely event in which you need to return an item there is no need to contact us before hand. However, you must leave a note in the package with the following information:

• item number
• your name
• your address
• your paypal email address (for refunds if applicable)
• reason for return
• whether you require refund/replacement or altnernative

We recommend you send the item via recorded delivery so the item doesn't get lost in the post.
