Please carefully follow our measurement guide and find a friend or family help you take the measurements. Please measure everything 2-3 times to be certain. 

 

Height: Remove the child or teen's shoes, bulky clothing, and hair ornaments, and unbraid hair that interferes with the measurement. Take the height measurement on flooring that is not carpeted and against a flat surface

Bust size: Measure around the child or teen's chest, at the fullest point of the bust (not under the bust).

Waist size: While standing up straight, bend at the waist to one side. The crease that forms is where your natural waist is located; measure there.

Hip size: Standing with your feet together, measure around the fullest part of the hips.

Hollow-to-Hem Measurement (Length): Your hollow-to-hem measurement is determined by measuring from the center of your collarbone (hollow) to the bottom (hem) of your dress.

Princess Closet uses 4 different carriers to make sure your items arrive to you on time: DHL, SF express, UPS, and USPS. When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.

Please note that your order may be filled from several locations, and items may arrive separately. If this is the case you will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances.
