True to size is our subjective opinion. Some brands always run big, others run small. If it fits true to size to the brand we of course consider that true to size.
*I.E* If a shirt is sized as classic fit it will 99% of the time fit a size up because of the cut. We consider that true to size because it's designed to fit that way.
It can be tough buying clothing online, that is why we try our best to make it easier on you. Always go off measurements first an foremost. Rest assured if clothing does not fit you can always return, or exchange it for a different size!

NEW YORK TAX

Each county in New York has it's own set of laws when it comes to sales tax underneath $110.00 for clothing. For example we are located in New York City; New York City tax on clothing under $110.00 is non applicable. Any tax charged that does not apply to your county will be refunded only if requested within the window of our return policy. Otherwise you must contact the state to receive a tax refund. This is in complicance with the state. If you have any further questions regarding sales tax please contact the state or your local county offical at your earliest convience.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS TAX
Every country has it's own set of laws with regards to importing goods. Some countries do not charge tax on importing goods, others charge a very high rate. There are many factors that are involved in the taxation that may apply with your order.
