We ship the next or second business day domestic and worldwide using USPS for the unstuffed poufs, and UPS if you ordered a stuffed pouf.
If you are not living in the US or Canada you can only purchase an unstuffed pouf, duties and taxes are not included in the shippig and are your responsibility.

Return policy:

For all returns and exchanges, contact must be made within 14 days of package delivery date.  PLEASE e-mail us prior to making an exchange or return.
