This listing is for a pair of paintings by California artist Frank Whipple, 1923-2016. Both paintings measure 9" x 9" outside size, and 5" x 5" image size. One depicts a single apple, the other a bowl of oranges. They are framed as a pair with red linen liners, a gold fillet inset, and matching gold frames. The outside gold frames have some scratches and divots. Please see photos for other condition information. Both paintings have had the paper seals disturbed, yet paper is still there. Many of the items are antique, vintage or from estates and may have age appropriate wear but are still considered in good condition. 

Seller will combine shipping charges for multiple purchases.  To do so, we will recalculate the shipping cost, and adjust accordingly. Buyer agrees to pay all costs associated with shipping and insurance, unless negotiated otherwise prior to buying.  Payment for the item(s) must be received within 7 days of purchase.  All items are shipped from California, and if the item is to stay within the state, will include California sales tax unless a valid resale number for the State of California is provided.

It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase.  Please contact us immediately upon receipt of purchased item if you are not happy for any reason.  We will do our best to rectify the situation.  If we cannot, we will accept returns and provide refunds if the item is returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment.  Otherwise, we will not issue a refund unless the item is substantively not as described.  (As noted above, description includes written description and photos.) Buyer is to pay return shipping, including tracking and insurance. Returned items must be received in the same condition that it was shipped in.  Refund will be less Seller's shipping and handling costs.
