You are bidding on an enormous supply of high-quality fly tying materials.

...primarily feathers (a fantastic assortment of many, many species; some scarce and expensive to come by)...as well as, quite a bit of fur (also numerous species). And there is a very significant supply of other fly-tying materials, too.

Some vintage tools. Vintage flies. Threads. Etc, etc.

At a certain point I stopped photographing the supplies, as I thought it might be counter-productive, in that it might induce visual "listing-fatigue" in the viewers of this listing...but rest assured, there is a significant quantity of additional flying-tying materials that was not photographed, but is included with this listing.

Conservatively estimating...pure guess-timate...I would say there is enough material here for someone to tie 10 flies a day, for the rest of their life...and then pass on the remaining material to a grandchild, who could do then do the same. In other words...more material (feathers, anyway) than anyone could ever individually use in 80 years.

You will also notice there are a number of fly-tying books that are included as well. These books are well-worn...you can just imagine, that the previous owner of these fly-tying books kept them right in his shop, right next to his vises, so that he could actually use them as references, as he tied his flies. There are loads and loads of wonderful photographs, of virtually every fly known to man, within those pages. Some are so striking, that a artistically-minded person could remove them from the books, and actually mat and frame the pictures of the flies.

Anyway, let the photographs I supplied do most of the talking...if additional description, or high-definition photos, would be useful, by all means please do not hesitate to ask.

As mentioned, not all of the material was photographed (by a long shot)...but please use that which was photographed as your basic indication to determine if you are receiving fantastic value for money.

I estimate it will take five (5), Large Priority Mail boxes to ship all of these goodies. It may take more.

So I will list the shipping at $100. This includes insurance on all of the material, as well as signature confirmation, on each of the boxes. $100 will not fully cover the Priority Mail shipping expense, but I, the Seller, will cover the overage.

Upon request, I will experiment with different size boxes, to try and reduce the shipping cost. If you are ok with UPS Ground/Fed Ex Ground shipping, I could probably reduce the shipping cost by $40. Please message/call me with that request, if you prefer UPS/Fed Ex Ground shipping. Thank you.
