There are some surface scratches on some of the pieces. It appears that some scratches are probably from cleaning with an abrasive cleaner (this appears on one of the sauce pots, the smaller rectangular pan and the dutch oven), other scratches may be from typical use of utensils. Most pieces appear clean with little to no scratches. The three pieces that have scratches from abrasive cleaning appear a little opaque and not as transparent as other pieces.
