    Delivery

    Orders placed before 3pm GMT/BST Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm GMT/BST or on Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays will be shipped the next working day. All orders are shipped with either UPS or Royal Mail depending on the weight.

    We can only ship to the address shown in your PayPal account. Please ensure your shipping address is correct on the PayPal payment page before completing your purchase.

    Collection is possible with prior arrangement. Please contact us for details via the eBay messaging system or at info@designersalelondon.com .

    Returns
    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase contact us within 14 working days of receiving your item and we will be happy to offer you a refund or an exchange.
    Any refunds will be issued once the item has been returned to us. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with the original packaging and labels.

    Shipping costs involved in returning items to us will be entirely the customer’s responsibility. We advise you to send items back to us via registered delivery or courier and that you retain proof of postage. Ensure that the item you are sending back to us is adequately insured as we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage in transit back to us.

    Funds for returned items will only be credited to accounts initially used to purchase the returned item.

    When returning an item to us from outside the EU please ensure that you clearly mark the package as 'returning items for a refund' as to avoid any customs delays or fees.
