Exhaust insulating wrap is an innovative way to create more horsepower and reduce under-bonnet temperatures. Wrapping headers with Exhaust Insulating Wrap maintains hotter exhaust gases that exit the system faster through decreased density. This produces increased exhaust scavenging and leads to lower intake temperatures.
Thermo-tec exhaust wrap will withstand continuous heat at over 1000°C and will not over-insulate when properly installed.
Thermo-tec exhaust wrap is sold in 1 or 2 inch wide, 15 or 50 foot rolls with a low profile 1/16" thickness in Graphite Black or Natural colour or 1"/2" 50' rolls in Copper.
A must have product for turbocharged, performance and race cars... Improves the performance of tubular and stainless steel manifolds and down pipes.

How much of it do I need ?
1" x 50ft = We would recommend when wrapping a pipe with a 2 inch outside diameter you will need 8 foot of wrap for every 1 foot of pipe.
2" x 50ft = We would recommend when wrapping a pip with a 2 inch outside diameter you will need 4 foot of wrap for every 1 foot of pipe.
