Troubleshooting steps if the product does not work:

1:PCIE 4X slots gold finger oxidation lead to poor contact.recommend the use of anhydrous alcohol cleaning slot, repeatedly plug adapter card grinding oxide layer.

2:Motherboard BIOS does not support the apple computer using solid-state drives,suggest to update the motherboard BIOS to the latest version, restore the BIOS to default Settings.Set the BIOS to UEFI boot mode.

3:Your SSD is encrypted, please cancel all hard disk password.

4:Adapter card is installed after the boot into the system,open the "my computer" can't found the ssd, please use the Disk Manager in Windows to delete the partitions or to create a new partition on the SSD.

5:Please replace the computer test if still cannot troubleshoot.
