All items will be dispatched using registered and insured shipping.

Cheaper unregistered shipping is sometimes available, but only on special request and at buyer’s own risk.

STANDARD SHIPPING & HANDLING RATES:

• Shipping and handling fees are for the BUYER.
• Shipping rates are based on the Dutch TNT Postal Services (which can be found here). BoonsArt combines these with a handling fee, resulting in the shipping fees listed above.
• The BUYER is responsible for any fees that might be charged by customs in country of destination.

• Please make sure you have read and understood the accepted payment methods before placing an order.
• Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase. If purchasing multiple items, payment is expected within 3 days of receiving the final invoice.
• If payment is not received 3 days after purchase, a dispute for non-paying bidder will be opened via eBay. If payment is not received after an additional 5 days, the dispute will be closed, leaving a negative mark on the buyer’s eBay account. The order will be cancelled and the item(s) will be re-listed. 
• In case of difficulty in making payment on time, please contact BoonsArt for a possible payment plan.

• BoonsArt is NOT responsible for damage to or loss of parcel / item(s). Regardless of method of shipping, once the parcel is shipped, full ownership is transferred to the BUYER. In case a problem does occur, please contact BoonsArt as soon as possible. BoonsArt will endeavour to solve the issue as speedily and professionally as possible.
