Most of our items (unless indicated) are sent via Royal Mail second class Delivery. Tracking numbers for your order are available should your item not arrive within the stated time.

International post
All International orders are posted via Royal Mail International standard. It is the customer’s responsibility to check whether products are allowed into his/her country as we will not be held responsible for items withheld by customs. All international orders are subject to the stated postage costs.

Please note: if delivery has been attempted to your stated address unsuccessfully and a card for collection is left (they are usually red in colour), you can arrange re-delivery by Royal Mail or collection in person from your local depot. If delivery has been attempted to your stated address unsuccessfully and a card for collection is left, but you do not make any arrangements for re-delivery or collection from your local postal depot within 7 days of the first delivery attempt, the item is usually returned to us. We must state that it is YOUR responsibility to collect your items once a delivery attempt has been made, as at this point we have completed our obligation and service to you. If your order has come back to us and you then wish for us to post it out again, an admin fee of £2.50 is chargeable, plus the original postage fee paid the first time. Alternatively if you wish for a refund, we will issue this MINUS the postage fee paid by us to send the order in the first place, once the order has been safely returned to us.
