DETAILING ACCESSORIES
All of our detailing accessories come with a minimum of 12 months warranty. Our warranty is an extremely simple process and in the rare instance you will need to claim on your warranty, we guarantee to make it a simple and stress free process for you. Similar to our ‘Sam’s Guarantee Line’ we offer a no quibbles 30 day guarantee on all of our accessories. Simply return the product within 30 days and you will be entitled to a full refund.

You'll pay just one standard delivery charge per order, regardless of how big your order is and or how many parcels are sent.

Please note that we operate from the United Kingdom and therefore all prices displayed in Pound Sterling are inclusive of VAT. If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, and outside of the European Union, you will be responsible for familiarising yourself with, understanding, complying with and paying any duties, taxes or other levies applicable within the country into which you are importing your goods. We do not accept or refund refused or returned items on the basis of your non acceptance or non payment of such duties.
HOW DO WE DELIVER TO YOU?
Most of our UK orders are sent by Royal Mail via 1st class. Overseas orders will be passed to, and delivered by, the national postal authority in your country. Higher value orders may be sent by a courier service such as TNT or equivalent. We reserve the right to select the method of carriage most appropriate for the goods and destination.
WHEN WILL YOU DESPATCH MY ORDER?
We despatch orders the same working day up to 1pm. Any orders taken after 1pm are dispatched the following working days.
Please
allow extra time for despatch during sale time and periods of high
demand such as Christmas. Minor delays may also be experienced from time
to time due to UK public holidays.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery
times will vary, but usually we expect UK deliveries to take place
within 2-3 working days, European deliveries within 7-12 days and Rest
of World deliveries within 2-3 weeks. We try our best to meet the
delivery timescales that we quote, but occasionally a parcel can be late
due to reasons that are out of our control. Please allow extra time for
delivery at busy posting times such as public holidays and festive
occasions. If you require a delivery for a vehicle repair then you must
seclect express shipping to guarantee the delivery.
WHAT TO DO WHEN ITEMS DON'T ARRIVE
In the case of missing orders or items, you should contact us within 14 days of placing your order.
What if I don't like the item or it doesn't fit?
No problem, i6automotive offers a complete no quibbles return guarantee. Simply send the item back for a refund and please include documentation to show what items you're returning and the reason why. Also please advise us via eBay messages.
If you require a refund
If you require a refund, you should also return any accessories and free gifts you received with your items. We will provide you with a full refund of the purchase price and any delivery charges you have incurred in getting the items to you no later than 30 days from and including, the day on which you notified us of your intention to return the items in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale. Refunds are credited to your original method of payment.
Damaged items/ Items received incorrectly.
If any items you purchase from us are defective or incomplete upon arrival, or if you receive an item you didn't order, you must notify us immediately using the eBay message or the contact a seller link to request an exchange or a refund. Please return items by Royal Mail tracked post. Please do not return by courier or by 'Next Day' delivery (Unless otherwise advised).
