If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 14 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be in the same condition as received. Return postage costs will be covered by the buyer.
Our products are covered by warranty but the warranty period is subject to the type of product. Details of the warranty period on a particular product can be requested from ourselves. If your item happens to develop a fault within the warranty period then we will happily replace the item. Accidental damage is not covered by warranty.
If your item is faulty upon arrival then please contact us within 14 days so we can arrange for you to receive a working replacement.
