These alpaca wool caps have been made by skillful artisans in Peru.
 
 
Alpaca Wool is renowned for its warmth and softness. These hats are thin, so perfect for keeping your head warm when busy with activities but also allowing your head to breathe!

Please note - the hat will be similar to the one photographed and the same main colour. However the pattern colours could vary. The second image shows this.

This can be due to items being hand made or artisan inspired.

We currently accept payment via PayPal, credit/debit card and bank transfers. If purchasing in the UK we also accept payment via cheques, postal order and cash on collection.
Payments not made within 7 days will receive an unpaid reminder which can result in an unpaid strike. If you have made a mistake when purchasing and do not intend to pay, please contact us to cancel your order as we can do so without any problem. 

 
Any item purchased before 2pm is shipped the same day.

UK Shipping:
We currently offer FREE shipping to UK customers. ANY product purchased with free shipping will be shipped with ROYAL MAIL second class standard.
We also offer a speeding shipping service - Royal Mail - Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm. Prices for this service will be calculated accordingly.

International Shipping:
We currently offer worldwide shipping. Shipping charges are calculated based on location as well as the products size and weight.  If priority shipping is required please contact us at inquiriesequalearth@gmail.com 
With any sale we offer postage discounts when purchasing more than one product. Postage discounts may not be automatically calculated at the checkout so please contact us before checkout completion. POLITE NOTICE - these are estimated delivery times projected by Royal Mail. It is very common especially with international mail that shipping may take longer. If your product does not arrive within the projected shipping times please allow at least 10 days (UK & Europe) / 14 days (Rest of world) before contacting us. Due to Royal Mail's missing parcel policy,  we are not able to claim for a missing product until 25 days of the sending date has passed. If a purchase you have made has gone missing, we please ask you to also check with your local sorting office and surrounding neighbours before contacting us. If it is important that your product us to be received before a certain date and you would like to track is journey, we recommend that you purchase UK Next Day Guarantee or request a signed for service internationally by contacting us directly.

We strive to keep all our customers happy. If you not satisfied with the purchase of your product we are happy to offer a refund or replacement within the 30 day limit of purchase.
Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we may not accept the return of opened cosmetic products.
When purchasing products we please ask that you double check against all measurements and are happy with the purchase before completion. We are happy to exchange items within 30 days as long as the item is in perfect condition.

Products must be in perfect condition and sent back with the original tags and packaging.
A note must be included in the return parcel with your order details (NAME, USER ID, DATE OF PURCHASE, ADDRESS and THE REASON FOR RETURNING) Failing to do so may slow up the return process.
 
Faulty Goods
All products are carefully checked before they are packaged. However, if there are any problems with you order, contact us immediately via email. We allow 14 days from purchase to refund/exchange a faulty item. - inquiriesequalearth@gmail.com  
 

Returning Panama Hats
We understand that purchasing products online can be a little tricky, and for this reason we are happy pay the postage upon the first exchange. However any additional exchanges that may need to be made we ask the buyer is responsible for.
If you wish to return a panama hat, we ask you take care to send the parcel back as we will not accept damaged returns.  We recommend sending the panama hat back with the original packaging, as well as making sure there is the protective card around the hat to ensure it will not be flattened.  As well as ensuring it is sent back the most economical way (second class). If you had any additional items with your hat (such as a band, box or tube) please do NOT ship them back to us with the hat (unless requesting a refund).
We please ask that you enclose a note inside the parcel with your user ID, name, date of purchase,  address and reason for returning. Failing to do so may slow up the return process.
