14-DAY, EASY RETURNS

We hope that you love your new shoes. If however, you are unhappy with your item for any reason, please return the item to us in its original condition along with a completed returns form within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED

We will also refund your return postage costs if your item is faulty or is incorrectly dispatched or described once we receive the item in return and can confirm the issue.
