To make your purchase as simple and easy as possible, please refer to the store policies listed below.
Customer Service
Projector SuperStore began providing audio visual solutions in 1996. After nearly 20 years, we understand that relationships with our clients will last when we provide quality solutions coupled with service that exceeds expectations. We are always striving to improve, if you have any suggestions, we are listening.

Our store hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, MST. 

Payment
We accept payments via PayPal. All payments must be verified by PayPal.



Shipping
- We ship most everything with UPS or FedEx and a signature will be required
- We ship within 48 hours
- We ship throughout the continental US
- There is a surcharge for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
- We do NOT ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Returns
- We allow for returns within 30 days of purchase.
- A Return Authorization (RMA) number is required prior to returning an item.
- It must arrive in the original packaging and have all of the accessories.
- A restocking fee may apply.
- Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- Please contact us for further details or clarification. If you return an item to us without an RMA number, beyond the 30 day return period, or without proper packaging, we retain the right to either refuse delivery or charge you a restocking fee. Please allow up to 3 weeks for us to credit your account.
