Delivery Policy:

Note: Products Purchased on Weekends, Bank Holidays and Public Holidays are Dispatched on the Next Working Day (Including express/next day delivery).

For next day delivery please order before 12 pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch.

Any orders placed after 12 pm will be dispatched on the next working day. 

Damages Policy:

·        If you unfortunately receive an item damaged, please contact us immediately

·        If possible, provide as clear pictures as possible of the damaged areas

·        Once we have received documentation of damages, and we have begun the claims process, you will be shipped a replacement free of charge, or refunded in full, at your discretion.

Returns Policy:

·        Returns accepted in original condition, undamaged and sealed packaging with all the necessary attachments.

·        Postage cost for returns must be paid by buyer

·        Only product cost will be refunded to the customer.

·        You will be refunded in full once the goods have been received and confirmed as "New"

·        We do not accept returns after 14 days from the receipt of goods, or on goods which have been opened and cannot be sold again as "New"

·        If your item is damaged upon delivery, contact us immediately, with clear pictures of the damage
