All vehicles are for sale locally and we reserve the right to end any auction at any time. All sales require a $500 deposit within 24 hours of sale agreement. Deposits can be made by phone with credit card (Visa, Discover, Master Card), cash or cashier’s check. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or if the vehicle fails a professional, on-site inspection. All sales are subject to a flat $125 document fee. Our document fee is collected by North Texas Truck Stop and is not required by law. We charge a $38 title fee. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for taxes and registration fees in their own states.
