Item Grades & Quality

All of our mobile parts are used and graded unless advertised as New. All of our Graded items are 100% genuine original parts. These items have been fitted by the manufacturers, used and returned to be graded. Upon grading these items are available for resale. As many of you are aware there are plenty of fake after-market copies or replica parts available on-line, these items are of poorer materials, finishing and substandard fitting which will never bring your phone back to the standard the manufacturer intended.

The grading system is as follows;

Grade A - Item is excellent in appearance but has been used. This item will be free of obvious scuffs and scratches however there may be very faint marks.

Grade B - Item is of good appearance, there will be no cracks or major scratches but it will have minor scratches or cosmetic marks.

Grade C - Item is of lower standard in appearance but will still work. This item will have scratches/scuffs but will be free of cracks or breakages. This item is for customers who require a 100% genuine mobile part fit for purpose but do not require a cosmetically excellent product.

Terms and Conditions

    Payment 

·        Payment is required in full within 7 days of the item purchased, non-payment will result in eBay’s unpaid item procedure.

Postage

·        Your item will be dispatched within 24 hours after payment has cleared.

·        All of our items are posted via Royal Mail

·        Delivery times are as follows:

§  1^st class  1-3 working days

§  2^nd class 3-5 working days

§  International Air Mail 7-15 working days

·        Tracking numbers will be provided for recorded or special deliveries.

Returns Policy

·        Returns are accepted on faulty or unwanted items

·        You must inform us within 7 days of receiving the item if you would like a return

·        Returns are only accepted with an RMA number

·        Postage and packaging costs will be deducted for unwanted items only

·        Please be aware all of our items are security marked before the item is posted to customers. If we receive an item that is not ours, we will only return the item upon receiving returns postage costs.

·        Our preferred method of communication is via eBay message, if you make contact during office hours we will respond within 2-3 hours.

·        All emails that are sent outside of the working office hours will be responded to the next working day during office hours.
