For sale is a rare Arp 2600 synthesizer with the more advanced duophonic 3620 keyboard. It has the rare more desirable 4012 Moog copy ladder filter. Cosmetically there is some wear so be sure to check out the detailed pictures to make sure you like it (including pics of the internals). While it has seen better days, functionally it is in working great. It was reportedly serviced by the previous owner (sorry I don't have the records for servicing) but I have fully tested it and it is almost fully functional (check out the demo video below). The only issue I could detect is the pulse waveform on Oscillator 3 is not functioning, and the occasional scratchy slider or wobbly tuning on a keyboard key. The sawtooth section of Oscillator 3 is functioning, so it might be a simple fix, maybe it's just a bad jacks and not the oscillator itself, though I can't be sure. Otherwise everything else functions as it should. The keyboard keys all trigger perfectly and play smoothly. Includes original manual and some patch cables. A few of the older patch cables so not work but the newer ones are working great. There is a lid for the 3620 but no lid for the main unit. It will be very safely packed for shipping. A classic must-have modular synthesizer that's still a powerful analog beast for sound creation.
