Delivery

All our items are now being sent with 1st class recorded (for UK) and priority tracked and signed for mail for overseas orders.

We are happy to combine orders. If items are ordered and paid for separately it's all automated by Ebay and we are often not aware that somebody has bought several items as the orders get packed by different people.

To have your orders and postage combined just use the 'request total from seller link' when you are done. This can be found in your  'my ebay ' next to your orders or at the Paypal checkout - instead of paying just use the link. 

Processing Time

Whilst we do manage to send out some orders the same day most items do take 1-2 days processing time. If you need your item really urgently please contact us to let us know and upgrade to special ND delivery.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a no quibbles returns policy, so if you need to return something there is no need to contact us through Ebay.

Just send the item back with your name & stating the reason for your return and whether you'd like a swap or a refund.

We recommend that you either get free proof of posting from the post office or send your return recorded. If something has gone wrong with your order - i.e. we've sent out a wrong size or item we will of course refund you for the first or second class return postage. Please note that we do not refund special ND or courier charges.
