Shipping & Returns

  • Orders are processed 1-2 business days after payment (excluding weekends and holidays.)
  • We are a business open Monday through Friday 8-5 PST
  • Orders placed after 12 pm PST will be processed the following business day
  • You can expect your package to arrive within 5-10 business days. 
  • For faster delivery, expedited shipping is available for purchase at checkout.
  • Your order will ship with one of the following carriers: DHL, USPS, UPS or Fedex.
  • International orders include tracking and can take up to 45 days to receive.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • All returns and exchanges require an RMA (Return Authorization Number) 
  • Return shipping is responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise noted. 
  • Returns must be new and unused with all packaging and materials intact.
