Product
Manufactured from 0.6mm gauge, 430 grade stainless steel. Universal cowl is a component of Single wall flue system and has a male crimped end for slot connection to other components. Sizes are nominal. Full specification on request. Actual appearance/scale of product may vary dependant on size.
Uses
For use with commercial gas or oil systems. Used to terminate a flue stack and can help prevent down draught.

Delivery
Orders which are received and paid for by 3pm Monday to Friday will be despatched on the same day (excluding holiday dates). Products which are not subject to our same day policy have the despatch time shown separately on their listing.
Specific to the type of product, your order will be sent either by Royal Mail first class recorded (standard on certain items) or Fedex next day (working day), both requiring a signature. Discounted delivery is available on additional items as detailed on the product listing.
Delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed. Delivery charges cover UK mainland only (exclusions apply). International shipping rates are available on request.
Returns
Faulty goods
If you have received a faulty item, please contact our customer service on 01482 212982 who will arrange for the goods to be collected. Upon receiving the goods back they will be inspected, and subject to approval you will either be sent a replacement item or be refunded the product and postage cost, as per your instructions. If the product is found not to be faulty, you will be refunded the product cost and charged the collection cost.
Damaged goods
If a boxed or bagged item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service on 01482 212982 within 3 days of the delivery date.
Large or bulky items (eg. ducting) should be checked before the courier’s delivery note is signed. Once you have signed, you will have accepted these items in good condition and as such any claim for damage will not be considered.
Change of mind
If you no longer wish to keep an item, you can return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the product cost, providing the goods are in their original, unused condition. As it is your responsibility to ensure the goods reach us in a re-saleable condition, we would advise you to package the items securely and take out necessary insurance cover.
