We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a shipping fee only to cover our costs of materials and labor. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.
I sell mostly gently loved preowned items. Always use the photos for the BEST and ACURATE description. All sales are final unless there is a GROSS misrepresentation of the item(ie wrong size/ style/ color) In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact me BEFORE leaving feedback or opening a case and I be happy to help.
Genuinely faulty goods (like a hole that I overlooked etc) will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. Since items are preowned you must accept that they will NOT look new. If you chose preowned you accept this on your part. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

I will accept returns for items that don't fit provided you understand you pay for my cost to ship to you and you also pay to return it.

Do not use the "resolve a problem" option because it will open a case with Ebay which hurts my rating, regardless of the outcome.
