Description:

These are eight modules from large format Lafont analogue audio mixing console 

designed by the famous French designer JP Lafont configured as four channels parametric EQ.

The modules are fitted in a proprietary high quality NEW custom 19” / 4RU case. 

No time, efforts or money was spared designing and building this case.

Lafont XL 928 Input Module

Input:

Two switchable line level electronically balanced inputs with +/-10 dB gain in hand terminated on two separate XLR connectors;

Phase Reverse and Link switch (supplying the same input signal on two adjacent modules) are fitted.

Filters:

High Pass and Low Pass filters:

HP Filter continuously variable between 40Hz and 400Hz @ 12dB per octave;

LP Filter continuously variable between 1.2kHz and 20kHz @ 12dB per octave;

HP/LP filter in/out switch fitted;

Meter:

Eight segment LED meter displays the input signal from -30 to +10dB

Lafont HD 935 Four Band Parametric EQ Module

Equalization:

This EQ provides a greater degree of cut and boost (+/- 16dB) on each of the four bands, 

with continuously variable Q on the two mids.

HF (High Frequency) continuously variable 800Hz to 18kHz boost/cut +/- 16dB, Bell/Shelf switch;

HMF (High Mid) continuously variable 400Hz to 7kHz boost/cut +/- 16dB, continuously variable Q from 0.6 to 3;

LMF (Low Mid) continuously variable 100Hz to 2.2kHz boost/cut +/- 16dB, continuously variable Q 0.6 to 3;

LF (Low Frequency) continuously variable 35Hz to 700Hz boost/cut +/- 16dB, Bell/Shelf switch;

Insert points:

The inserts point are fully balanced terminated on two stereo ¼” jacks;

IN/OUT switch fitted;

The insert point can be switched before or after the EQ;

Output:

Each channel is fitted with electronically balanced output;

Terminated on XLR connector;

The modules were fully serviced, tested and working great.

The sound of this box is simply spectacular to say the least!

ONE Neve 3706 and ONE SSL SL 503 modules are included in this auction – 

we can’t test the Neve and the SSL modules thus they are “AS IS”!
