All items will be shipped within 3 business day after payment has cleared. After receiving payment, we will email you regarding the dispatch of your order. We do not supply an invoice as we like to reduce our carbon footprint, and we will recycle packing supplies where possible. If you require an invoice, you can print off in your purchase lists. If any items are OUT OF STOCK, we will either contact you with a possible replacement or refund straight away.
Postage & Handling
We use Australia Post and only charge exact postage price + $0.50 for postage labels and packaging cost and will recycle packaging where possible. All items will be sent regular postage (NO tracking or insurance). Please add $3.95 for tracking option. All jewellery pieces will be sent registered / tracked. Combined items are priced by weight and size of items, no matter how many items you buy. Under 20mm thick and under 500g items can be sent as a large letter. Anything over 20mm or 500g will be sent as parcels. Please ask for a combined invoice BEFORE payment otherwise, we cannot honor the discount price.
To get a combined invoice: Sometimes the cart is not reliable for combined orders, however, it sometimes offer a REQUEST TOTAL FROM SELLER button, if so click that and I'll send a combined invoice. If there is no option, please commit to buy the items individually, but DO NOT pay. The items will appear in your unpaid item list and the order will come through to our end, and then we can send off a combined invoice to you and then you'll be able to make one payment.
International orders: We charge minimum $8.00 for letter size items up to 250g in weight (+ $0.50 packing cost). Thicker than 20mm or heavier than 250g it will be charge as a parcel which will be different per location. Please contact before purchase of visit Australian Post website. (example: USA $21.00 for 1kg parcel).
Refunds & Returns
