2.KB9012 simple PCB board offline read and write adapter

Need to prepare the following materials and welding : a 0603 film resistance, resistance is 47K or 51K, the bit number R1; two pcs of 0603 packaging film capacity , 0.1uF, bit number C3 and C4; one pcs 10uF or 22uF capacitor , package 0603 or 1206, bit number C1 or C2, install one. (Capacitor voltagegreater than 5V).
