Vintage Adidas 83-C J.Mano Track Jacket 

- Nice black track jacket with gold accents, trefoil logo and arm detail -

- J.Mano 83-C Story: Some designers for adidas were at a thrift shop looking for inspiration for designs when they cam upon a track jacket with “83-C” on the front and “J. Mano” on the sleeve, so they recreated the jacket with the embroidery on it without knowing who ‘J. Mano” was.. also inside the jacket they stitched inside “j.mano, get in touch” not knowing who j. mano is.. needless to say the jacket became a hit. Eventually J. Mano surfaced.. he was actually a mechanic who changed tires on a race track in mexico named “83-C”

Condition: Excellent vintage condition. No marks or stains. One small bit of damage on the rear (see picture). Zips fully functional. Ready to wear.
