I bought this for HS Jazz Band in 1960.  No one else has used it.

Slide is excellent - no dents.  

Bell has no dents but original lacquer is worn.

Recently cleaned and creamed slide, and it slides smoothly.  Outer slide moves on ridged inner tube.

Professional T-bone player cleaned and checked a few years ago and said it was in very good shape and slide was excellent.

Including Bach 12C mouthpiece and original OLDS 3 mouthpiece
