All items are security marked and must be present in the
event of any return.
All items are inspected before listing but please be aware
they can often be damaged, marked in storage in the event of this we will
refund immediately with an explanation and apology.
Faulty items will be refunded by us the seller on return of
the item and once security marks are checked items will be refunded within
48hrs.
Items damaged by couriers are unfortunate things that happen
and we do our best to pack but in event of this damage must be reported within
48 hrs and we will deal with each case quickly by correspondence, please get in
touch by email or phone and not the resolution centre as this is unnecessary
for sellers unless we refuse in which case we wouldn't. Couriers do not accept
that it was not reported as it was not opened for x amount of days, items
should be checked upon delivery.
Upon receipt of a damaged item we will require evidence by
photographs and also photos of all the packaging as the courier will not
process any claim without, Refund will be made upon receipt of a refund by the
courier which can take up to 6 weeks, Items are only insured up to a value of
£50 with specified postage cost in the listing, there will be an option to
insure high value items by asking the seller before purchase, upon this postage
cost will be amended so that the item is insured in transit to its full value.
We only accept PayPal on delivered items due to the
seller/buyer protection policies.
