About our Titanium Most titanium bolts on the market are manufactured using CNC cutting techniques. RSR Moto's titanium disc bolts are formed using advanced hot and cold forging which results in an outstanding tensile strength of Grade 10.9 (CNC cutting is around Grade 7.5).
RSR Moto's titanium bolts are fully forged in one piece from socket to body. The forging technique maximises the internal strength of the bolt for superior fatigue and shear performance.
Forged threads are smoother than those found on CNC machined bolts which means they can be removed later without sticking.

Shipping Information We offer FREE UK shipping on all our products. Carbon Fibre items will be shipped within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) of receiving payment. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
Returns Policy Our aim is for you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If your item is faulty, please return it to us and we will give you a full refund including postage. We guarantee that we will not quibble and we promise to make the process as easy as possible. If you would like to return your item because you no longer require it, that’s no problem. Simply return it to us within 30 days, unused and in the original packaging, and we will give you a full refund of the purchase price. In these cases, we believe it is reasonable to expect the buyer to cover the return postage.
About Us RSR Moto was formed by Richard Gilbert and Paul Jordan. We are old school friends and life long riders with real passion for bikes. Over two decades working for industry leaders like Honda and BMW taught us the value of customer service and how to deliver it. To make sure our carbon fibre is the best possible quality, we personally vetted a number of suppliers before forming an alliance with the company that makes OEM parts for Ducati and Lamborghini among others. In addition to carbon fibre, we supply dozens of leading brands including Arrow, EBC, DID, Michelin, Bridgestone, Wolf, Brembo, Regina, Motul and many more. We are also becoming increasingly well known for our bespoke carbon fibre manufacturing service. If you would like a part making, let us know. As well as working with bikes, we spend most of our spare time (or at least as much as we’re allowed!) riding the local roads on our sports bikes, or competing in the North of England Enduro Championship.
