This rare action figure is a part of "Carlos & Nemesis silver edition" package from Moby Dick Toys company. It's an official Capcom product (check the Capcom logo on the sole of his right shoe). It's already 16 years old and very hard to find!

The figure does not come with the original packaging, but is in great condition. I got it from a Japanese collector who claimed it was never used or played with and was only on his shelf for display. 

Moby dick action figure are all made of solid PVC and are rather heavy for their size. This one is around 25 cm in height, and about 400 gr in weight.
