Your purchase will come to you in a sealed plastic grip bag, wrapped in acid free tissue paper & a pretty organza voile bag then posted to you in a bubble wrap padded envelope for protection.

Where postage is charged - To ensure that you receive combined postage if you buy more than one item, please first add the items to your basket & then pay for all your items at once. Please do not pay for multiple items individually as you will be charged postage on each item & I am unable to change this once payment has been made

Any customs or import duties which may be charged are your responsibility

I always use 1st class post, or Airmail post.

Please note that payment must be cleared by 10am if choosing the Next Working Day Delivery before 1pm option

Misc

All my Semi Precious Gemstones are genuine and please remember that they do, as a result of nature, have their own characteristics.

Therefore some occasional minor imperfections is normal. As these are high quality gemstones, any imperfections are likely to be minimal to none at all. However I always take photographs of any imperfections for you to see.
