If the product is not what was described, you have 14 days within receiving the package to return it.

Money Back or Exchange for the same price only.

Please carefully look over the item in the clear plastic bag to see if the item is broken, damaged, or if not to your liking. Once the packaging is open, it is considered used and may not be returned. This is a sanitary reason, and there are no exceptions.

All returns and payment of the return is the sole responsibility of the buyer:

Please email me at once regarding the item you would like to return.
I will confirm or deny your email (this depends on the date. For example, if it's after 14 days of receiving the package, and you email me wanting to return the package, it will be denied)
Send all items back to me (my address is on the invoice) and with delivery confirmation. If the package gets lost, I can't track it if delivery confirmation was not purchased, so the exchange will be denied.
