ebay new rules , if you return an item through  the ebay new  system, the postage plus 10% percent of the price  won't be refunded as ebay won't give back the final value fee  to me , if you email me letting me know you are returning the item then all the item price can be refund , only the postage not , sorry for any inconvenience
