Payment
is required within 48 hours from acceptance of offers. If eBuyOurCards is required to open an “Unpaid
Item Case” against you, please know we will block you from further
purchases. If you require additional
time, please contact eBuyOurCards prior to purchase. Payment is immediately required on instant purchases
aka Buy it Now. eBuyOurCards only accepts
payment through PayPal. eBuyOurCards is legally
required to collect sales tax for purchases from customers located within the
state of Florida.
U.S. SHIPPING:
eBuyOurCards
ships Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) and guarantees shipment within 24
business hours from the time payment is received. All items are shipped using
USPS with tracking. We only ship to your
confirmed PayPal address.
INTERNATIONAL
SHIPPING:
International
orders ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority International with
Tracking and Insurance. Please note, shipping time does vary depending on the
country. USPS Priority Mail
International generally takes 6 - 10 business days. Some countries may take longer. Please follow the tracking number uploaded for
location of your package as it works its way to you.
Import
duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping
charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs
office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to
bidding/buying. These fees/charges are
normally collected by the delivering freight/shipping company or when you pick
the item. We do not alter merchandise
values below value or mark items as “gifts”.
US and International government regulations prohibit this and open us up
for criminal/civil liability. If an item is refused/rejected and sent
back to eBuyOurCards for non-payment of import taxes/duties, please note a 20%
restocking fee of the total value will apply.
eBuyOurCards RETURN POLICY:
eBuyOurCards
wants you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact eBuyOurCards with any
issues or concerns. If your purchase is
not as described, you may return the item within 14 days from the receipt
date for a full refund of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for all
shipping fees (if applicable). You can expect a refund in the same form of
payment originally used for purchase within five (5) business days of eBuyOurCards
receiving your returned product. Opened boxes/packs are not eligible for
refund. The exact item as shown/described
within the listing must be the same exact item returned. If you are returning an item because you have
changed your mind, a 15% restocking fee of the total value will apply.
