Delivery

Standard delivery is free of charge in United Kingdom regardless of the order. All items will be dispatched Monday – Friday within 24 hours of receiving clear payment. Products ordered after 2 PM on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

This product will be shipped using Royal Mail 2^nd Class Delivery which usually takes between 3-5 working days. If your item does not arrive within 5 working days, please contact us and we will investigate for you.

If you wish so, you can upgrade your delivery, have a look at the checkout for options and prices.

For our European Customers: we offer a 20% discount on standard postage (discount already applied). Plus, we will never charge you for packaging.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your order. If you changed your mind or you are not fully satisfied with your order, please return the item(s) in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund. Unless the product(s) arrived damaged or faulty, the buyer is responsible for the return postage fee.
