UK Standard Delivery

Delivery is via Royal Mail Standard, this service has a 2 to 3 day delivery aim (this includes Saturdays) from date of dispatch. We deliver 24 hours on Monday/Friday and 48 hours on Tues/Weds/Thurs ensuring that your item reaches you quickly and safely.

Has my order been dispatched?

When your order is dispatched you will receive an order update email from eBay to advise you that the order has been dispatched, you can also check by going to your My eBay page and clicking Purchase History, this will show your recent orders along with the dispatch status and date of postage.

How do I track my order?

Delivery should be made within 2 to 3 working days of postage, if you have not received your order within 4 days please contact us through eBay messaging and we will check the tracking status of your delivery.

There's been a problem with my order.

Please contact us through eBay messaging immediately and we will resolve the issue for you.

Can I change delivery address?

We would advise you change the delivery address during checkout in eBay. If you request a change of address after the order has been received we will do our best to change the delivery address but are unable to accept responsibility if we do not have sufficient time to process the request.

My order has been dispatched but I have not received it.

If your order has not been delivered within 4 days from the date of dispatch please contact us through eBay messaging immediately so we can track your order status and investigate with our delivery partner. If you were unavailable to receive delivery the order may have been left with a neighbour or returned to the delivery office pending further instructions.

Do I need to be present to receive delivery?

If you are not available to take delivery your parcel and it does not fit through your door, it may be left with a neighbour if appropriate or the courier will leave a card which will show further instructions (usually the package is taken to the local depot which you will be able to pick it up from. )Further delivery attempts will not be made, unless returned to us and requested by the customer.
