Please note that each of my listings conforms to the following conditions:

* The miniature(s) in the photograph are the miniature(s) you will receive

* Bases are NOT included in sale unless stated (sorry, I don't have enough)

* Stripped miniatures will have been done to a good standard but some paint residue and odor  may remain - buyer accepts this when agreeing to purchase

* Any description of a painted miniature(s) quality is a subjective appraisal and more pictures/ close-ups can be provided on request

* Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours (Monday - Friday)

* Items will be safely packed with adequate protection

Authenticity:

I do get a few of queries on this topic and I would like to briefly get down my views on the darker side of the beautiful game. It is a sad fact that because of sustained popularity and the relative scarcity of some miniatures, recasting of Blood Bowl (and other specialist game) miniatures has been a problem for some years. The scarcity of some of these items will never obscure that fact that recasting for profit is an utterly deplorable practice. I would always suggest caution when buying specialist miniatures and always check seller histories/ feedback and ultimately go with your gut. But fear not, I'm here to help and this leads me very nicely into my personal pledge..

Please be assured that I pride myself on only using reputable dealers, sources and collectors which I have networked over the years to ensure you get genuine, original miniatures. Please be assured that all miniatures bought from 3rd parties are rigorously quality checked and the providence and condition of items scrutinised prior to listing. As a collector of GW Blood Bowl, Fantasy Football and other tournament miniatures, I refuse to sell anything that I would not put into my own collection with confidence (in fact, many of the miniatures I buy actually end up in my collection). Furthermore, If you are ever in doubt or unhappy with your purchase, you have every right to return the miniature to me (at buyers cost) for a full refund. Please note that this guarantee is applicable to all my listings, including the standard GW miniatures, team and star player listings.

Postage:

Standard postage is 2nd class but if you require a quicker delivery, you are welcome to select the first class option at the checkout for an additional charge.

For multiple buys you will only pay for postage on the item with the highest postage cost and any additional miniatures can be added to the order for 30p each. If one of the purchase items was listed as free postage you will still pay 30p for every additional item added to your order.

High value items over £30 will always be sent via a signed for or tracked service for security. Please note that although this will be a more costly option, I do this to ensure your collectable gets to you securely and to safeguard against potential loss.

I also reserve the right to upgrade the postage to a tracked and signed for option for all high value UK and International sales. If you wish to make a large order, please feel free to contact me for clarification on postage costs or possible deals.

Returns are accepted on all sales items but return postage will always be paid at cost to buyer.

I would be most obliged if you could leave me feedback after you receive your item and all is well. This not only lets me know that the item has arrived safely but also provides a valuables source of input with regards to what I do well and what can be done better.
