Shoes in overall great condition. Some minor cosmetic wear on soles (please zoom in pics), front area has creasing and leather scruffs from wear. 
No rips or stains. 

NOTE: The soles have very little grip or friction, I would purchase some shoe friction product or avoid walking on wet/slippery floors.
