In such a case I will always to try to resolve any issue to both parties satisfaction. 

3) Returns are acceptable within seven days of receipt of the item for any reason. I cannot refund any postage costs unless the item is significantly not as described. The buyer is responsible for any return postage costs and only the purchase price can be refunded - not postage costs.
