The handset and belt clip have no visible wear.  All handset buttons and handset labeling is visible & clear.  The LCD panel has no scratches or scuffs.  The handset body may have one or two light surface scratches and or scuffs as a result of normal use (please see pictures for further clarification of product condition).  The handset batteries are NEW.  The setup instructions are an 8 ½” x 11” photocopy.
