We have a brick and mortar jewelry shop
and frequently purchase estate jewelry from our customers. The most
beautiful and unique pre-owned pieces are held back for re-sale.
Pieces are professionally buffed and polished unless an antique patina is
more appealing. The items are then cleaned and inspected to be sure they
are in good condition and are being sold as is. The photos
show excellent detail and any known defect will be described. Dark spots
in the photos are the reflection of light and NOT discoloration.
All of our pieces are tested for metal purity and gemstone authenticity. Please
be advised that these items are estate, vintage, and/or antique pieces that
were treasured and gently enjoyed by their previous owners. Although
they have been professionally refurbished, some evidence of normal wear can
be expected. Diamond and
gemstone weights are our best estimates. It is impossible to be exact as the
gems are in settings and cannot be weighed separately.
We dedicate a lot of time, effort and
resources to weighing and measuring, taking photographs, and writing accurate
descriptions of our pieces. Our best and most satisfied customers are the ones
who scrutinize our photos, take the time to read our descriptions, and who ask
questions before buying. We

shipped within the state of Florida are subject to 7% sales tax.
Shipping: We
ship Monday through Friday. If an item is paid for on Friday, it will go out
Monday, holidays excluded. Items are securely packed and shipped USPS with
tracking. The USPS updates tracking information after a 24-hour delay,
sometimes longer. Your patience is appreciated. Buyer’s signature will be
required upon delivery if the contents of the package are valued at $250 or
more. The mail carrier will not leave the package in the mailbox if the
addressee is not available to sign for it. It is the buyer’s responsibility to
contact the local post office to reschedule delivery or to pick up the package
at the USPS facility in a timely manner. Thank your for your cooperation. We
participate in eBay’s Global Shipping Program. International buyers are
responsible for foreign shipping costs, import duty and VAT.
No Hassle Returns: Contact us for a RMA before returning an item. As professionals, we know exactly what we are selling. We describe our items accurately, and stand behind our merchandise. NOT paying close attention to the detailed description, item specifications, photos/videos, and having unrealistic expectations can lead to disappointment. If you intend on returning the item, you must notify us within THREE days of receiving it for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and actually ship it back to us within SEVEN days after receiving it. Returns are accepted only if the item is in identical condition, including packaging, as when originally shipped. Return shipping must be by the same method as outgoing shipping.
