All orders placed before 1pm will be shipped out the same working day. Items ordered after 1pm will be shipped out the next working day. This excludes Weekends and National Holidays. On larger items shipping to UK Isles, N. Ireland and Highlands may be subject to a surcharge.

RETURNS, REFUNDS

This product has a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 60 days after receipt. If the item is defective or not as described it can be returned within 60 days after receipt. Consumables are not covered. Should you not require the item you can notify us within 14 days of receipt and return the item within the following 14 days. This does not cover if the product has been misused, or used contrary to instructions or where the product has been the subject of unauthorised modification.

We will either:

  • Repair – and return the item to you at no extra charge
  • Replace – and return the item to you at no extra charge
  • Refund - the item including the original shipping charge

Warranty covers hardware only. Software support is NOT provided.
