Postage

All Free 2-4 day delivery parcels within the UK are sent via MyHermes and all international orders are sent by Royal Mail. In Ireland – we use Fastway Couriers. To the UK you can choose next day delivery, signed for at checkout, otherwise FREE delivery estimated time of delivery is 2-4 working days from receipt of the order. In Ireland delivery is FREE. If the order is placed before 3pm it can be sent that same day and will be next day delivery signed for and tracked.

Items sent to the USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, HONG KONG will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed where available. This means a tracking number will be available and can be tracked to your door. (Usually 1-2 weeks maximum)

Royal Mail International Track and Signed also operate to the majority of EU countries. If not it will be posted by Royal Mail International Tracked unless you wish to use UPS in which case an email can be sent and the extra postage paid before dispatch.

Any orders placed after 1 pm on the final postage dates in question will be dispatched the next working day but cannot be guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas. Please be aware that postage dates are merely a guideline and ordering as early as possible gives your parcel the best chance to arrive in time. 

Exchange & Returns T&C's

• We are happy to offer refunds on unused items if returned within 14 days of purchase.
• We must be notified that you are returning an item within 7 days of purchase.
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Please ensure that you only try your shoes on indoors or on carpeted surfaces.
• If you are unhappy with any product you may return it - unused and in original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please note we are unable to issue refunds on shoes that have evidence of being used unless they are faulty. If you send back a product for an exchange, we will charge you for the shipping the new product to you. 
• Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent you the wrong goods in error.
• For returns from outside of the EU the customer must clearly mark on the parcel that it is a return. If you do not do this and customs fees are requested from us the return will not be accepted. 
• Please note that while great effort has been made to accurately reproduce products, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the color variations between the actual product and that is displayed on the screen due to digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors. We request you to place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the product received.
• Please also note that conversions are for guidance only and may vary by manufacturer. Please refer to the European size for the most acurate representation of your size although sizing may vary due to style, brand and shape of the shoe.

Faulty Goods

On the off-chance that you received a damaged or defective item from us, please contact us by phone: 0044 (0) 28 6632 4870 or email info@shuphoric.co.uk so we can arrange to get a replacement to you or provide you with a full refund. Please do not leave feedback until we are given the opportunity to rectify any issues for you.

• If a item is faulty on receipt then an exchange will be offered. If a replacement is not available for any reason a refund will be issued. Exchanged items or refunds will only be sent once the defective item has been received back in it's original packaging.
• Also, please email us (info@shuphoric.co.uk) with your invoice number and the reason for return of the product.
• Following an inspection of items returned, we will, at our discretion, either repair, replace or return the item to you. The item will be returned if we feel there is no manufacturing fault found.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, first email us on info@shuphoric.co.uk outlining your request. Subject to stock availability, you will then be instructed to send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging with a note of your specified request. Difference in prices will then either be charged or reimbursed depending.

Returns Instructions

For all returning goods please open a returns case with eBay before posting the item back. Once a case has been opened and approved please include the original invoice if possible and a note to explain what action you would like us to take. Please make sure the items are packaged safely and securely, in the original box, and please use a signed for, second class Royal Mail service. 

Please note that the responsibility for any product returned remains with you until such time as we receive it and a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods. If you send a product back for exchange you will be charged for shipping the return to us and the postage cost of the new product back to you if you do not wish for them to be posted as Royal Mail 48.
