Vintage Royal Albert Old Country Roses perfume atomizer that has been sitting unused for over 20 years.  Made in England.  Not a factory second.  Atomizer sprays.  There was perfume in it at one point but it is long since evaporated.  No cracks or chips.  Tassel edges show slight and normal unraveling to be expected on such an old piece.   A thoughtful gift for the collector and a nice holiday gift for the person who appreciates finer things.
