artist, graphic designer, writer and animator who has created multiple female

on over 200 TV commercials, Wendy’s unique talent is to combine art with
humorous copy that women can identify with. Ugly Little Bitch says what’s on
her mind, even if it’s not pretty. She’s Fierce. On a challenging day when all
this and much more seemed to go wrong, Wendy sat down with pen, paper and
pent-up frustration and created a self-empowered character who could fearlessly
handle the dangers of gravity, as well as the people around her. Instead of
designing Valentine’s Day cards for “Target” Wendy gave voice and form to a
smiley faced character, with a giant crown and even bigger spirit. The pint
sized Queen who voiced what Wendy was really feeling on that late April night,
is now a mascot for self-empowerment and a best friend to many. ULB Calendars
